Shipping & returns

What happens after you order, how long it takes, what shipping costs, and what we can do if something is not right.

Lead time

Every suit is cut and sewn to order. Count on 4 to 6 weeks from the day we have your confirmed measurements and payment. We email you when your suit goes into production and again when it ships.

Where we ship

We ship to all EU member states. Shipping is quoted with your order confirmation and depends on destination and parcel weight. For deliveries outside the EU, write to contact@nackabatzi.com before you order so we can quote carriage, duties and taxes.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. Someone needs to be there to sign for it.

Returns

Suits are made to your personal measurements, so the statutory 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. See section 6 of our terms.

That does not leave you on your own. If the suit is faulty, or if it does not match the specification you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair it, remake it or refund you.

Alterations

If the fit is off and the measurements we received were correct, we alter the suit at no charge. If the measurements supplied were wrong, we still help, but the alteration is chargeable and we quote it before starting.

Crash damage

Send us photos. Many suits can be repanelled for far less than a new build. Armour is swappable and can be replaced on its own.
